Barlin Electric designs and installs interior, exterior, and landscape lighting. The majority of our lighting work happens in already-finished houses, which means fishing wire through existing walls and ceilings without removing drywall, then patching access cuts before we leave the job site. We install feature lighting alongside the standard recessed and under-cabinet work.

Lighting work splits into two seasonal patterns. Interior recessed-LED retrofits and smart-switch upgrades run year-round across the older finished homes of Nashua's North End, the Manchester West Side, downtown Laconia, and Chelmsford Center — all neighborhoods where wire has to fish through finished walls without removing drywall. Exterior and landscape lighting concentrates spring through fall, especially around Gilford's Lake Shore Drive, Governors Island, and the Paugus Bay shoreline, where dock and path lighting are part of seasonal-home preparation.
