Barlin Electric handles the complete electrical scope on new-construction homes and ground-up small-commercial projects. That includes service entrance, full rough-in, AFCI and GFCI protection per current code, hardwired smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, panel labeling, and trim-out. We work as the electrical subcontractor for residential general contractors and direct for owner-builders.

New-construction volume tracks the suburban builders. Most of the year's residential rough-in work is single-family custom homes in Hudson, Hooksett, and the outer Manchester neighborhoods, with the occasional spec build in Nashua's North End and Hooksett's Bicentennial corridor. Ground-up small-commercial projects pop up across the wider service area on an opportunistic basis — typically as a sub on the prime contractor's job rather than direct-to-owner.
